ORDERING INFORMATION

To create an account simply click “log in” in the top right corner under “My Account” .You will enter your email address as your username and create a unique password. Once you are registered, you will have access to your order history and can place orders securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Yes.  Please call 678.936.1088. Integrated Medical Products are available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM EST. Orders placed at 2 PM EST or after, will be process the following business day. Most importantly, Bulk Purchases must be called in or emailed prior to submitting an order to verify inventory availability, freight charges and best price.

No, Integrated Medical Products presently does not accept insurance. Integrated Medical Products are unable to bill your insurance company on your behalf for any of the medical supplies Integrated Medical Products offer. Payment must be finalized by ACH, credit or debit card, check or money order prior to shipment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All Shipments are subject to stock availability. Orders placed before 2:00 P.M. EST usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. EST will usually ship the next business day.

Integrated Medical Products offer expedited shipping for supplies you need in 1-2 business days and Economy shipping for transit time of about 3-5 business days. Should you need your products overnight please call us and Integrated Medical Products can check availability and confirm the transit time to your location. Integrated Medical Products have warehouses placed all across the country to ensure you receive your goods as fast as possible regardless of which shipping method you choose. Please note, Bulk Orders must be called in or email at service@integratedmedicalproducts.com for processing.

Currently Integrated Medical Products offer economy flat shipping rate call-in prior to checking out for best rate; expedited shipping call-in for best rates and FREE shipping on orders valued over $100. Note: bulk orders may require additional shipping charge.

Orders that include freight, heavy or bulk items will incur extra shipping costs to be applied at checkout and are excluded from above rates. Bulk orders must be called in or email at service@integratedmedicalproducts.com to verify availability of inventory, shipping charges and to receive best price.

Yes. Please contact us directly for express rates at service@Integratedmedicalproducts.com or call. Often Integrated Medical Products will have your item or a comparable substitute stocked near to your location so you won’t need to pay additional overnight or next day air costs.

No. Integrated Medical Products only ship within the contiguous United States of America. If you are shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii, please call us to discuss options.

Tracking numbers will be sent to the e-mail address (provided by you during registration) on file. If you are using a spam blocking service please make sure to add service@integratedmedicalproducts.com to a secure list to receive your order conformations, order status, and tracking information.

RETURN INFORMATION

Before returning any item, please contact us at   to obtain the required Return Authorization (RA) Number.

At the time of issue of the RA number, our customer service representative will also give you the address of our returns department. Please DO NOT ship returns to our corporate headquarters! – All returns sent to that address will be automatically returned to the sender.

There may be time limits or other restrictions set forth by the manufacturer of the item purchased, please do contact us to discuss your return as soon as possible. Unless sent in error by Integrated Medical Products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please read our return policy.
