This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by MEDBENO HEALTH until goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. In addition, manufacturers’ warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. All liability is only for the products purchased.

MEDBENO HEALTH reserves the right to cancel or suspend processing of an order should a price discrepancy arise or a disruption in the supply chain due to Supply Chain issues. Our staff will work with the customer to make the order in question satisfactory.
